At Greaves, our philosophy of Care, Commitment, and Compassion drives our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project called DEEP, which focuses on skill-building and employability enhancement by providing classroom and on-the-job training to deserving individuals who lack financial and moral support, aimed at developing technical skills and enhancing their career prospects. Through DEEP, Greaves Cotton Limited aims to bring happiness and value to the lives of people in our society by providing exposure to comprehensive technical training ranging from 6 months to 3 years. We feel proud and pride in providing skilling opportunities to socio-economically disadvantaged people to enhance their earning potential and employment prospects.
