Akhila has been a strategic Business leader with over 25 years of experience wherein the last 12 years have been in the capacity of a CFO. Over the years her role has been focused on Business partnering and growth, providing assurance to the Company’s Board on governance, risk and compliance.
Akhila until June 21, led finance for Mahindra Holidays and Resorts, a listed hospitality business. In her role Akhila led the investor interface in addition to leading the end to end finance function. Akhila brings good pedigree and has worked with several good organizations like Godrej & Henkel, Reliance Health & Wockhardt.
She is a qualified rank holder Chartered Accountant and has completed a one year Leadership Development Program from Stanford University. She was recognized among Top 100 CFOs awarded by ‘CFO India’ in the year 2021. Akhila’s immediate family includes her spouse and a son. In her leisure, she is an avid explorer.
