Experience: 3-5 Years

Role Description (Duties & Responsibilities) :

  • Understand the economic environment, business scenario, competitor strategies and set clear goals and priorities for the State/Territory.
  • Identify the Measures of Performance covering all aspects of Pump, Power Tillers & LAE business and proactively drive specific initiatives to achieve the targets.
  • Design and execute specific promotion schemes targeted at dealers and customers.
  • Initiate & process the selection of new dealerships and execute Channel Development plan. Weed out non-performing channels.
  • Drive implementation of various systems, projects, and initiatives as per organizational requirements for sustained business growth.
  • Provide regular feedback to Product Development, Customer Care on customers/dealers perceptions on products (as well as competitors) regarding product performance, pricing, promotions, etc.
  • Achieve superior performance by managing the budget in the most optimal way.
  • Enable and coach the dealer to profitably achieve business objectives.
