Desired Skills:

• Responsible for
  • Managing, Provisioning & monitoring of End User systems and network infrastructure
  • Managing the Software Assets, and records of the same.
  • Managing the Collaboration systems includes VC, Zoom conferences , Audio and all associated systems
• Review and test the systems so that they are in maintained in good condition Plan and develop support processes that adhere to best practices (ITIL)
• Optimize cost of solutions by identifying robust alternatives
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience of working in IT infrastructure role

Mandate:

• Familiar with Conferencing systems
• Must have good experience on diagnosing issues and providing solutions
• Execute / Implement the Corporate IT Strategic project/plan/Policies to meet the business objectives
• Able to support high level meetings and conferences with confidence.
• MCSE, CCNA certification ,Certified CISO is added advantage
