Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Role holder will be responsible for following key areas:
- Achieve target sales revenue through team and dealer channel in assigned territories.
- Lead generation – Increasing participation & conversion rate
- Ensuring receivables.
- Channel Development & strong experience of managing dealer sales teams.
- Make & Execute focus states/territory strategy
- Understand, explain & do technical sales along with dealers. Take decisions on commercial aspect of sales.
- Train dealer sales team & manage their work performance. Work on business model for dealer success.
- Arrange & conduct ATL/BTL promotion activities.
- Manager customer complaints through the service organization.
- Coordination with service & other cross functional teams
Qualification & Experience:
- BE / Diploma – Electrical/Mechanical , 4 to 10 Years
