ENVIROCARE GREEN AWARD 2020

Constructed two artificial farm lakes with a capacity of 50 lakh litres.

Successful installation of Zero Liquid Discharge project.

Installed rainwater harvesting system and reuse of ETP & STP water.

Utilization of process that are free of chemical hazards in the plant including offloading of hazardous carburising processes.

Upgradation of chemicals used in induction hardening to environment friendly grades.

Planted 5000+ trees in and around the plant premises including a number of native species of trees and almost 1500 shrubs

Energy conservation and 30% reduction by installing solar roof top power plant generating around 50 lakh units per year. LED installations, installation of solar power streetlights and utilization of single pump for multiple operations.

Adapted Miyawaki afforestation project, wherein the forests grown using the Miyawaki technique grew ten times faster and 30 times denser, resulting in 30 times better carbon dioxide absorption capacity, better noise reduction, dust reduction ability and 30 times greener surface area as compared to monoculture plantations.
