At Greaves Engineering, we understand that our responsibilities extend beyond business operations. We are deeply committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR). Through sustainable practices, community engagement initiatives, and ethical business conduct, we aim to create long-term value for all stakeholders and positively impact society and the environment. Additionally, our CSR efforts focus on upskilling and training the youth to make them employable and have a better future. Some of these initiatives include:
The skill development program for young deserving talents from local communities is under the National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) scheme, a program through AICTE. This is part of a skill development initiative launched by the Central Government to empower the talent to get employment and support their families. This initiative has helped to encourage diversity by training more than 45 girls and making them economically independent.
Blood donation – Greaves Engineering held a blood donation camp in March 2024 as a part of the Safety Week celebrations in the Aurangabad facilities of Chikalthana & Shendra. Through this drive, our employees have donated a total of 115 units of blood, helping save lives, bringing hope to those in need, and making a tangible difference in our society.
